What payment methods do you accept?

We support the following payment options at Myntra:

  • Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes)
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Net banking
  • Gift Card
  • UPI
  • Wallet

Processing Time

Processing time is 3 working days, that is the time it takes for your item to be made.

The estimated dispatch date is shown on your receipt. If you would like to update your order to be shipped sooner please message me. I will do my best to accommodate your request however during busy times it might not be possible.

Shipping

All items are sent with tracking. You can find this on your order confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged item.
For lost items a replacement will be sent once it is declared lost by the delivery company.
For damaged items please contact me with photos that clearly show the damage. Photos of the packaging is also required showing any damage that could have occurred in transit so a claim can be opened with the delivery company. A replacement will then be sent.

Refunds will not be given for an address entered incorrectly. Please double check the delivery address before purchasing. If the item is returned to me I will post it again for a small fee.

Gift Wrapping and Packaging

A gift note can be included with all orders. If required please leave details in the text box at the checkout.
